Senior Architect Position Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment are proud to partner with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy to find a talented Senior Architect to join their Residential team in Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of residential projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and mentor junior architects to ensure their growth and development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and excellence
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in architecture (Part 3)
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualifying experience in residential architecture
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in Revit and other industry-standard software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary (£40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience)
  • Standard 8.30am - 5:30pm working hours (flexible on start/finish times)
  • 22 days + bank holidays (increasing on seniority)
