Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team at Logistics People. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a valid HGV 1/C+E Licence
  • Ensure compliance with Driver's hours and WTD legislation
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure safety and report defects correctly
  • Comply with on-site health and safety requirements
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management

Requirements:

  • 6 months UK HGV Class 1 driving experience
  • No more than 6 points, no DD/DR code convictions
  • Current valid DCPC & Tacho cards
