About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' health conditions and developing personalized nutrition care plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting comprehensive patient assessments to inform nutrition care plans.
  2. Working collaboratively with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  3. Staying current with industry developments and best practices in dietetics.
  4. Delivering high-quality patient education and support services.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Previous experience as a dietitian, preferably in an NHS setting.
