Operations Executive - Static Data

Evelyn Partners Fund Solutions Limited is a leading integrated wealth management and professional services group, with a rich history of helping individuals and businesses thrive.

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Executive - Static Data to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of static data functions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and professional responses to telephone and email enquiries, liaising with fund managers and external parties as necessary.
  • Adopting a high-quality culture to minimize errors and ensure high-quality service levels are delivered.
  • Assisting with the training of new recruits to the team in BAU activities, acting as a positive role model.
  • Demonstrating an understanding and application of the Group's Conduct Risk Framework.
  • Operating in accordance with division's policies and procedures manuals.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Experience gained within a financial services institution, especially in operations, is advantageous but not essential.
  • Demonstrable interest in financial services and investment management.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel.
  • Flexible approach to team priorities.
