About the Role

The Care Assistant will be responsible for supervising and deploying staff within their allocated team, providing care and personal support to customers with daily living tasks and activities. They will assist the Service Manager, Operations Manager, and colleagues in supporting individual customers to reach their full potential and maximize available options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of Support Workers.
  • Provide care and personal support to customers.
  • Assist in achieving regulatory compliance and legal requirements.
Requirements
  1. Hold a recognized qualification in health and social care (SVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  2. Prior experience working in a relevant care setting.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
  4. Demonstrable commitment to continuing professional development.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive work environment.
