**Job Description:**

We are seeking an exceptional Chef to join our team at ESS, a leading food service provider in the Defence sector. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
  • Menu Management: Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Quality Control: Identify opportunities to improve our food services and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Customer Feedback: Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to create new menus and innovative food concepts.

**Requirements:**

  • Certifications: Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Have experience supervising a team and working in a similar Chef role.
  • Flexibility: Be willing to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
