Job Title: Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President to join our team at Sarbec. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving project management excellence across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain standards for project management across platform services.
  • Manage best practices and standards across Agile teams.
  • Standardize and introduce economies of repetition in project execution and staffing models.
  • Establish training and onboarding programs for new and existing employees.
  • Collaborate with internal capability leads to support the set up or evolution of new teams.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and lead change management efforts.
  • Evaluate structure to identify opportunities for improved process consistency and deliverable quality.
Tactics and Execution:
  • Transition large pharmaceutical brands into a center of excellence and establish ways of working across agency/client teams.
  • Collaborate with capability leads on the creation of process standards.
  • Lead teams to develop and manage forecasting and staffing plans.
Client Relationship:
  • Client-facing lead on issues related to transition, ways of working, training, set up, staffing, and project management.
  • Demonstrate passion for the brands and our work.
  • Skilled communicator with solid written and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of today's digital technologies.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Agency or digital project experience required.
  • Agile/scrum experience and certification required.
  • Healthcare experience required.
