The Role

As a key member of the Merchandising team at Superdry, you will play a vital role in planning and executing product ranges across retail stores and e-commerce platforms. Your expertise in analysing retail stock and sales data will enable you to deliver in-season actions that maximise sales and drive profit.

Working closely with the buying team, you will help to create the best ranges possible, taking into account customer profiles, product ranges, and competitors. Your strong technical abilities and experience in merchandising will be essential in this role.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive library of historical data to support trend analysis and forecasting.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Merchandiser, managing range plans and ensuring timely execution.
  • Update and maintain the WSSI to support stock control and optimise inventory levels.
  • Analyse weekly trade data and propose suitable actions to drive performance.
  • Work closely with the Branch Merchandising team to ensure seamless execution of planned ranges in stores.

Your Ideal Profile

  • A confident communicator with excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A strong user of Microsoft Excel, adept at working with high volumes of data and possessing excellent numeracy skills.
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and a commercial acumen.
  • Able to work independently on multiple projects with strict deadlines and lead, develop, and manage others.
