We are seeking a highly skilled Youth Support Worker to join our team in Lewes. As a Criminology Expert, you will be working closely with children who have come from trauma/neglected backgrounds, challenging behavior, ADHD, or Autism, and also have developed mental health issues due to their needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Criminology Graduate who wants to pursue a career in supporting children with complex needs. You will be responsible for assisting the class teacher in providing a tailored learning experience for students, taking an active role in forward planning with therapists, and developing strong and positive relationships with children.

The salary for this position is approximately £28,000 per year, and it includes a generous holiday allowance and opportunities for career progression. As a member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and development to help you succeed in your role.
