Salary Information
As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you can expect a competitive hourly rate. You will earn £13.00 per hour weekdays, rising to £13.50 after 150 hours completed. On weekends, you will receive £13.50 per hour, increasing to £14.15 after 150 hours completed. Additionally, you will be paid £26+ per hour for bank holidays. With paid holidays and a company pension scheme, you can enjoy a secure and rewarding career.
Job Description
We are seeking reliable, trustworthy, and caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. Your primary responsibility will be to provide companionship and support to our clients, assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation and light housework. You may also accompany clients to appointments or social events, promoting their independence and well-being.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. A UK driving license and use of your own reliable transport are essential, as you will need to travel between client visits. Your mileage will be covered by the company, allowing you to focus on what matters most - providing exceptional care.
