About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our Out of Hours team in Newcastle. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to our colleagues working in our supported housing services. Your primary responsibility will be to answer calls from our colleagues and provide assistance as needed. You will also be required to cover shifts within our North East services, either as a Support Worker or Concierge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer calls from colleagues in supported housing services and provide assistance as needed.
  • Cover shifts within our North East services, either as a Support Worker or Concierge.
  • Compile reports to share with service managers.
  • Use technology for essential paperwork and key tasks.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven skills and competence in support work and concierge.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enhanced Adults and Children DBS check.
