Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans, ensuring proper dosage and timing.
- Monitor vital signs regularly, conduct health assessments to evaluate residents' well-being, and promptly address any deviations from normal ranges.
- Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, fostering residents' independence and comfort.
- Operate in alignment with the NMC Code of Professional Standards of Practice and Behaviour for Nurses and Midwives 2015.
