We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Pastry Chef De Partie to join our team at Corinthia Hotel London.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional pastry and bakery items, combined with excellent leadership and management skills.

About the Role:

The Senior Pastry Chef De Partie will be responsible for the supervision, preparation, and service of all bakery and pastry items within the hotel, including plated desserts, cakes, and afternoon tea items.

The successful candidate will ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times, in line with the hotel's luxury brand, while maximizing resources and adhering to strict hygiene regulations.
