About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Clerk to join our team at McDonald's UK (Corporate). As a Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for processing payroll for around 20,000 crew members every fortnight, as well as 2 monthly payrolls for our salaried staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the integrity and security of all payroll data
- Support other departments with ad-hoc requests
Requirements
- Knowledge of payroll and pension legislation and compliance
- Adherence to payroll and statutory deadlines to mitigate risk of penalties and delayed payments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, keen eye for detail, high level of accuracy, and resiliency
- Experience with Zellis HCM/ResourceLink payroll system
- Experience with system implementation projects and process mapping of payroll processes (desirable)
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements within Payroll (desirable)
