Quality Engineer

Join Quality Enterprises USA in a challenging role as a Quality Engineer, where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process validation plans to ensure compliance with FDA and European regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with product and process development.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analyses to resolve quality issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to GMP/ISO regulations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs, training materials, and quality records.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in process validation and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent technical understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Proficiency in statistical software packages, such as Minitab, and ability to analyze and present data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to create professional documents and presentations.
