Maintenance Engineer Position

Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their production facility in Staffordshire. This exciting opportunity involves working in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3 engineers to provide engineering support to the production area.
Salary and Benefits- The salary for this position is approximately £47,000 per annum.
- A bonus scheme offering up to 5% annual bonus.
- 33 days of annual leave.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting the team in maintaining maximum plant and equipment efficiency.
- Ensuring planned engineering tasks are delivered on time.
- Implementing good repair and manufacturing practices.
- A qualified maintenance engineer with C&G or NVQ Level 3 or ideally ONC/HNC level.
- Multi-skilled, electrically biased with some mechanical skills/experience.
- Apprenticeship-trained.
