Job Description

This varied role will involve duties including:

  1. Bookkeeping to Trial Balance.
  2. Preparing VAT returns.
  3. Reconciling Balance Sheet Accounts.
  4. Preparing annual Statutory Accounts and Corporation Tax returns.
  5. Preparing Clients' Payrolls and Personal Tax Returns.
  6. Assisting on Audits.
  7. Developing, documenting, and updating new procedures and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in accountancy, maths or sciences, and possess drive, initiative, and a 'can-do' attitude. They should be hardworking, organised, and accurate with attention to detail, as well as possessing good communication skills and being able to work to deadlines.

Benefits

The company offers a competitive salary of £22,000-£23,800 per annum, plus full study support and comprehensive on-the-job training. The role is based in Camberley and involves working 5 days a week at the office, therefore candidates must live within a realistic commuting distance and have suitable transport available.
