About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to manage a diverse caseload of private client matters. As a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, you will be responsible for preparing Wills, administering Estates for business and private clients, and dealing with contentious probate work.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven background and demonstrable enthusiasm for Private Client work
  • Experience of contentious probate work, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
