As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management
    • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of bartenders and servers to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
    • Supervision: Oversee the daily work of bartenders, servers, and other staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensuring Satisfaction: Ensure customers have a positive experience, handling complaints and feedback efficiently.
    • Promoting a Friendly Atmosphere: Create a welcoming environment, often interacting with regular patrons to build relationships.
  • Inventory Management
    • Stock Control: Monitor stock levels of beverages and supplies, ordering new stock as needed.
    • Supplier Relations: Negotiate with suppliers for better deals and manage deliveries.
    • Waste Management: Minimise waste and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Financial Management
