About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our Capital Estates and Facilities Management (CEFM) team at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe management of our estates and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Estates Safety, Compliance & Resilience in ensuring the safe management of our estates and facilities.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to our teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and investigations to identify and mitigate potential health and safety risks.
  • Collaborate with our teams to promote a positive health and safety culture.

Requirements

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
  • Substantial experience in health and safety management.
