This is an exciting opportunity to join a fresh new team at Harnham as a CRO Specialist, working alongside a Web and Analytics Performance Analyst and Web & Ecommerce Manager. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Adobe Target and be able to develop a testing and roadmap strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven CRO strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop targeted testing plans
  • Utilize Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target to analyze data and inform optimization decisions
  • Work with the Web and Analytics Performance Analyst to ensure seamless integration of CRO efforts
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations using Tableau or other tools

Requirements

  • Ecommerce/SaaS industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • Proven stakeholder management experience
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
  • Data visualization skills using Tableau or other tools
