Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Testing and Calibration Engineer to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our laboratory, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in laboratory testing and calibration, with experience in operating various types of laboratory equipment. You will also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To conduct quality control testing of Blue Circle and Microcems, as well as products from the wider Packed Products business.
  • To ensure that all laboratory equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
  • To work closely with the Testing and Quality Manager to achieve laboratory safety goals and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
