About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Optimization Specialist to join our team at Fibrus. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimization and compliance of our fleet of vehicles, plant, and equipment.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure our fleet meets our business needs and sustainability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the timely procurement and disposal of company vehicles
  2. Plan supply requirements, maintenance, and repairs for the Company's fleet of vehicles
  3. Ensure all Company vehicles comply with legal, operating, and licensing requirements and regulations
  4. Procure best value lease deals/renewals, repair & maintenance service, and insurance cover for company vehicles
  5. Protect the value of Company vehicle assets, using Fleet Management and Driver monitoring systems
  6. Ensure allocation and inspection records are accurately maintained through Fleet, Plant, and Equipment registers
  7. Oversee reporting on driving standards and behaviors
  8. Provide support to Company vehicle users on servicing, maintenance, and also on driving safety
  9. Review weekly vehicle checks, identifying areas for improvement
  10. Keep the Company vehicle handbook updated
  11. Process purchase orders promptly for any purchases
  12. Ensure adherence to all Health and Safety practices
