### Job Title: Parts Advisor

### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at Group 1 Automotive. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for establishing customers' needs for required parts, communicating promotions and offers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

### Key Responsibilities

* Establish customers' needs for required parts through conversations, diagnosis, and recommendations
* Communicate relevant promotions and offers to customers
* Deliver exceptional customer service to external and internal customers
* Receive, record, and allocate parts and consumables from suppliers
* Report any stock damages or losses
* Assist parts stock checks
* Liaise and maintain a brilliant working relationship with the manufacturer
* Be fully conversant with procedures within the parts department
* Maintain and update displays as per manufacturer requirements

### Requirements

* Previous experience of working within the Automotive industry
* Comprehensive knowledge of the motor trade
* Maintain methodical and logical approach to varying workloads
* Will be able to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A full UK driving licence
