About the Role:
Adecco is seeking a skilled Welder to join our client's team in the Turbine industry. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding various Turbine products following work instructions and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weld various Turbine products using Plasma, TIG, and MIG Welding techniques to produce high-quality output.
- Interpret engineering drawings and welding layouts accurately to ensure precise production.
- Inspect production output using welding inspection techniques to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain and update digital production applications to optimize workflow.
- Regularly inspect welding equipment and tooling for mechanical and safety issues to prevent downtime.
- Be flexible with the working schedule to meet production demands and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Welding Inspection CSWIP 3.0 with development to 3.1.
- Experience in Plasma, TIG, and MIG Welding.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to work and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Pride in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Any additional welding certifications or training.
- Previous experience in the Turbine industry.
