About the Role:

Adecco is seeking a skilled Welder to join our client's team in the Turbine industry. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding various Turbine products following work instructions and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weld various Turbine products using Plasma, TIG, and MIG Welding techniques to produce high-quality output.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and welding layouts accurately to ensure precise production.
  • Inspect production output using welding inspection techniques to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain and update digital production applications to optimize workflow.
  • Regularly inspect welding equipment and tooling for mechanical and safety issues to prevent downtime.
  • Be flexible with the working schedule to meet production demands and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • Welding Inspection CSWIP 3.0 with development to 3.1.
  • Experience in Plasma, TIG, and MIG Welding.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach to work and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Pride in maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Any additional welding certifications or training.
  • Previous experience in the Turbine industry.
