About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Plastic Surgeon with expertise in Dermatology Surgery to join our esteemed medical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of plastic surgery procedures with a focus on dermatology surgery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations to understand their goals, assess their candidacy for surgery, and educate them on the potential risks and benefits of the procedures.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and desires, ensuring the highest level of safety and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals, such as dermatologists, oncologists, and plastic surgery colleagues, to provide multidisciplinary care and comprehensive treatment approaches.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in plastic surgery and dermatology, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all ethical, legal and regulatory guidelines governing medical practice and patient care.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE full GMC registration, MRCP or equivalent
- A medical degree or equivalent
- Proven track record of successful plastic surgery procedures, especially in the field of dermatology surgery.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail, empathy, and a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and the desire to contribute to a dynamic and growing medical practice.
