Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to support statutory processes related to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role involves managing and coordinating responses to notifications and requests related to SEND, supporting the preparation and coordination of the Annual Review process, and serving as the first point of contact for parents, carers, and partner agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate responses to notifications and requests related to SEND.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of the Annual Review process.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for parents, carers, and partner agencies.
  • Provide administrative support in the Education Health Care (EHC) Assessment Process.
  • Maintain accurate data tracking systems related to SEND processes.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Education: RQF Level 2 or equivalent experience.

Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the SEND Code of Practice 2015.

Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
