We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Services Co-ordinator to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our customer services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining 5 Star Builder status.


About the Role

You will supervise a small team, working closely with the Regional Customer Services Manager to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and seamless. Your primary responsibility will be to address any customer complaints promptly and efficiently, using your excellent communication skills to resolve issues in a timely manner.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service co-ordinators to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including data input into the customer service operating system, Salesforce.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with contractors and other departments within Miller Homes.
  • Ensure effective communication with contractors and third parties to meet business SLA compliance.

Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career prospects.
