We are looking for a skilled plastering craftsman to work with our team at Anderselite LTD in York. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in plastering domestic properties, including tenanted and vacant homes.

As an experienced plasterer, you will be responsible for completing high-quality repairs to a social housing contract. This is an ongoing project, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of properties and develop your skills further.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical building knowledge, allowing them to identify and report additional repair needs. A full UK driving licence is also essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is £140-160 per day, which includes fuel card, company van, tools, and materials provided on the job.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in plastering domestic properties
  • Experience of working on a social housing contract
  • Ability to follow repair instructions and complete work to a high standard
  • Technical building knowledge to identify and report additional repair needs
  • Full UK driving licence
