Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team and deliver high-quality care to our clients.
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
- Support clients to maintain their independence and safety.
- Offer physical and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with medication and meal preparation.
- Utilize our dedicated care app to ensure first-class, person-centered care.
Requirements:
- A caring and reliable nature.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues, clients, and their families.
- Full Driving License and access to your own vehicle.
- We do not provide sponsorship; all applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
- Evenings and Weekend working is essential.
