Job Title: Caregiving Professional

This role involves undertaking delegated duties to patients in various settings, including their own home, residential care, and clinics. The key responsibilities include routine wound care, venepuncture, and administration of medication after training.

£11.44 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake routine wound care and venepuncture after receiving necessary training
  • Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ensure accurate patient records and confidentiality are maintained
  • Contribute to health promotion programmes and educate patients on self-awareness and management
  • Participate in efficient resource use and contribute to overall team performance
