Audit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our team at IPS Finance, a leading accountancy recruitment agency in Yorkshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and ambitious individual to take on a challenging role and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage statutory audits of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality results.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
- Develop and implement audit strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored audit solutions.
Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of 3+ years' experience in an Audit Senior position.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with a range of clients, including small to medium-sized enterprises and large corporations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
