Piping Mechanical Engineer

Job Overview:
KBR is seeking a Graduate Piping Mechanical Engineer to join their team. As a graduate engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing and delivering complex energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop knowledge of piping materials and piping stress
- Mastery of engineering applications developed in-house and those used throughout the industry
- Learn piping requirements, including specifics when designing piping systems for different projects
- Develop technical skills and experience solving engineering problems
- Become familiar with engineering standards and procedures, as well as provide input to their development and enhancement
- Be part of a team and work towards project goals
- Be part of KBR's digitalisation journey to help develop automated engineering solutions and support efficient delivery of projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering (2:1 minimum)
- UK residency/work permit for UK
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Motivated - keen to learn and develop as an engineer
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Full passport, to be maintained with required international travel contingencies
