About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Dermatologist to join our team at NHS Scotland. As a key member of our dermatology service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients and leading the development of our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist dermatology care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of skin conditions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of our dermatology service, ensuring it meets the needs of our patients and is aligned with national guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for patients.
  • Contribute to the education and training of junior doctors and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully registered with the General Medical Council in the Specialist Register for Dermatology and have a strong track record of providing high-quality care to patients.
