Technical Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Glen Callum Associates Ltd. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from conception to production, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from cradle to grave, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers, communicating effectively to ensure project goals are met.
  • Have a technical background, ideally in Electronics, Mechanical, Electro Mechanical, or Design, with a minimum of 2-3 years NPI Project Management experience.
  • Be a solid PC user within key Microsoft applications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years NPI Project Management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Technical knowledge of NPI, OEM, and Tier 1 manufacturing processes.
