Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - Senior

We're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - Senior to join our team at Cloud Decisions. As a key member of our cloud team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex cloud infrastructure solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure and VMware.
  • Manage and resolve complex customer issues related to cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Provide expert-level support for Microsoft enterprise services and the Microsoft 365 stack.
  • Optimize infrastructure for cost efficiency, security, and performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, including Azure and VMware.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft enterprise services and the Microsoft 365 stack.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
