We are partnering with a Local Authority in the Enfield area to fill a key role within their team. This position involves overseeing placements for Looked After Children and ensuring Quality Assurance across various placement types.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (based on 35 hours/week and £22-£26/hour rate)

The ideal candidate will have experience in commissioning placements, conducting Quality Assurance visits, and working within the Local Authority/Public Sector.

This is a full-time position with flexible working arrangements available. The successful candidate will be based in Enfield, with regular travel required to visit residential and semi-independent resources.

About the Role:

  1. Ensure Quality Assurance visits are conducted to all residential and semi-independent resources prior to placement or within an agreed timeframe.
  2. Collate and analyse assessment information to produce quarterly reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in looked after children placements.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to critically evaluate provision against Ofsted evaluation reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
