  • Rapidly expanding organisation in North West England seeks a skilled Accounts Assistant to join their team.
  • The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, permanent position in Warrington.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Sales Ledger Accounts.
  • Prepare monthly fee invoices, direct debit payments, and manual cash payments.
  • Credit Control responsibilities include reporting against Aged Debtors and liaising with other departments.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations are crucial for ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Process staff expenses, authorise and reconcile them.
  • Monthly management accounts and audit ensure the company's financial health.
  • This role requires:
  • Excel knowledge for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Sage 50 expertise for accounting software proficiency.
