Print Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join our team at Hott Source, a leading print production company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating print projects, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of print projects, from initial consultation to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure all work meets specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare accurate quotes, manage budgets, and oversee cost-effectiveness of projects.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.
- Proactively address client concerns and production issues, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining client trust.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on client accounts and project statuses.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in a client services role within the print production industry.
- Experience in brief management, print production, and team management.
- Knowledge of a range of print types, including digital, wide-format, and litho.
- Experience with estimating is highly desirable.
