**Job Description:** Full-Time HLTA Position in Lewisham Borough

**Salary:** £28,500 - £30,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable teaching experience and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned PPA cover lessons, supporting students across all year groups, and covering planned foundation subject lessons. You will also have the opportunity to engage with students through small group and 1:1 work, using creativity and imagination to make learning enjoyable and effective.

**Requirements:***

  • Strong experience in education, preferably in a primary school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A degree at 1st Class/2:1 Level (ideal)
