Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Administrator to manage and maintain our self-hosted ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the platform is secure, optimized, and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage platform capacity to ensure optimal performance.
  • Execute snapshots, backups, and clonebacks as needed to maintain data integrity.
  • Plan, schedule, and communicate platform upgrades to minimize downtime.
  • Design and optimize application uptime to align with cost optimization goals.
  • Configure and manage secure HTTPS communication using SSL certificates and Java Keystores.
  • Implement and manage LDAP/SSO brokers for authentication purposes.
  • Develop and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Strong Linux OS experience, including shell scripting and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with SSL, Java Keystores, and related security protocols.
  • Experience with configuring LDAP/SSO brokers.
  • ServiceNow application development expertise.
