Frontier Economics is a leading economics consultancy that provides expert analysis and advice to governments, businesses, and society. Our team of experienced economists works closely with clients to understand their markets and develop strategies based on sound economics.

About the Analyst Programme

The analyst programme at Frontier Economics is a two-year programme that provides opportunities for new analysts to gain hands-on experience in economics consulting. During the programme, you will work alongside experienced economists, attend comprehensive induction and training sessions, and participate in regular seminars and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical and theoretical analysis to clients
  • Contribute to the writing of reports, slide packs, and notes
  • Present findings to colleagues and clients
  • Develop and apply economic frameworks, including data analysis and econometric modelling
  • Collaborate with project teams and work independently on analysis
  • Manage your own work and time to meet project deadlines
About You
  • You will have a 2:1 Bachelor's degree in Economics (or equivalent) and a Master's in Economics/with an Economics focus
  • Strong interest and understanding of micro-economics
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Strong Excel skills and knowledge of R and/or Stata
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
