As a Management Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to explore your potential and learn what it takes to run a successful business. You'll acquire highly marketable skills and experience that you get when you're helping to run and operate a successful business.

Our Management Placement and Internship Programme is designed to provide you with a comprehensive introduction to our Graduate Management Training Programme. You'll take on the same challenges as those that join us on our award-winning Graduate Management Programme, including hands-on business training and the opportunity to learn skills in management, finance, operations, sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of a branch office
  • Developing and implementing business plans
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Working with a team to achieve business objectives

Qualifications

To be eligible for our Management Placement and Internship Programme, you'll need to have a full manual UK or EU driving licence. We also welcome applications from students with disabilities who may not be able to drive.
