We are seeking an experienced Learning Manager to join our Inclusion and SEND provision team, who will be responsible for supporting students with personalized support programs, working closely with colleagues to embed best practice, and contributing to the development of teaching and learning strategies.

This role requires a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with experience in supporting students with specific needs. You will be part of an excellent team that provides personalized support programs, focusing on student outcomes and well-being. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting students with personalized support programs
  • Working closely with colleagues to embed best practice
  • Contributing to the development of teaching and learning strategies

As a valued member of our team, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and expertise through bespoke CPD programs and collaborative working practices. We offer a competitive salary of Grade 6, SCP 6 (£25,183) per annum, actual pro rata salary £19,417 per annum, as well as an attractive staff benefits package, including CPD opportunities, career progression, and a supportive working environment.
