**Job Summary**

: Deichmann is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Store Manager to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. In return, you will receive a guaranteed salary of £27,000 + performance-related bonuses.

This is an exciting opportunity for a successful and experienced Store Manager to join a leading international retail brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Motivate and Coach the Team**: Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • **Lead by Example**: Demonstrate confidence in selling and excellent product knowledge, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • **Stock Management**: Effectively manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
  • **Sales Performance Analysis**: Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance sales performance.
  • **Company Standards**: Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained, including merchandising, administration, and customer service.
  • **KPI Delivery**: Meet and exceed all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and company standards.
  • **Team Recruitment and Training**: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
