Our passenger experience is unique within aerospace, as we interface with both the world's biggest airlines and airframers alike, with the largest seats portfolio of all seats suppliers.
As a Configuration Manager, you will establish and maintain the Configuration Management System (CMS) in relation with the Quality Management and Information Systems. Key Responsibilities will include:
- To plan, deploy, and maintain the organisation's Configuration Management System (CMS)
- To continuously verify the consistency, performance, and compliance of the CMS and report through a suite of key performance indicators
- To establish, lead, and improve the effectiveness of the change control process - maintaining roles and responsibilities for CCB leaders and team members
- To ensure standardisation of engineering change across the organisation and maintain alignment to group processes and procedures
- To prepare and produce configuration reports
