Occupational Health Nurse Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team in Plymouth. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting surveillance, audiometry, spirometry, and fitness for work assessments. You will also provide clinical supervision and support to junior members of the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid NMC UK PIN with no restrictions, a diploma or degree in occupational health (preferable), and experience in a commercial occupational health setting. You should also have excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveillance, audiometry, spirometry, and fitness for work assessments
- Provide clinical supervision and support to junior members of the team
- Undertake case management over the phone and in person
- Produce high-quality management advice reports
