About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Specialist to join our team at ACTIVATE GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely collection and delivery of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and deliver customer vehicles as scheduled, completing all relevant paperwork and collecting excess payments in a professional and efficient manner.
  2. Drive vehicles safely and lawfully, taking into account weather and traffic conditions, and report any faults or incidents to your Bodyshop Manager.
  3. Clean courtesy cars to a high standard before delivery to customers, reinforcing their feeling of receiving first-class service.
  4. Report accidents and incidents promptly and complete necessary office paperwork, including fuel logs and driver records.
  5. Be aware of and adhere to all health and safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full driving licence with the correct classification to carry out duties.
  • Logistics experience.
