Job Title: Ultimate Adventure Guide

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Ultimate Adventure Guide to join our team at Ultimate Activity. As an Ultimate Adventure Guide, you will be responsible for leading groups of children aged 7-14 on exciting outdoor adventures, such as hiking and rock climbing. Your role will involve delivering quality, structured sessions that promote fun, excitement, teamwork, and skill development.

Responsibilities:
• Lead groups of children aged 7-14 on outdoor adventures, focusing on participation, development, and enjoyment.
• Encourage participation through enthusiasm, passion, and energy.
• Ensure all policies and procedures on Camp are adhered to by yourself and the children in your care.
• Take a pastoral role as a group leader, supporting and caring for children throughout the week.
• Engage with the children outside of activity times, including sign-in and sign-out times, and during their lunch and snack breaks.
• Live up to the company's promise of 'Inspiring Children Every Day'.
• Behave in a manner that reflects the expectations of the company throughout your employment.
• Show the required energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism for the duration of the season.

Requirements:
• Experience working with children, ideally within an education setting.
• Enthusiastic and energetic individual, passionate about working with children and supporting their development through adventurous activities.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills and verbal reasoning.
• Flexible and able to adapt to dynamic situations and challenges.

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
