Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic or transformational change, or product development.
  • Program/Project Management: Strong program/project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and work under pressure.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to solve diverse problems.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Pro-active self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of data management and governance principles.
  • Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Data and Analytics Background: A strong data, analytics, or product background is highly desirable.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience and technical knowledge of data management and governance, big data platforms, or data architecture is a plus.
  • Advanced Degree: MBA and/or advanced degree from a top-tier program is highly desirable.
